Project Overview
This residential flat roof replacement in Elgin included removal of the existing roofing system, inspection and repair of deteriorated roof decking, insulation work, and installation of a new EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing system.
The work also included interior drain replacement and piping updates, followed by a final inspection and owner walkthrough. The 8,200 sq ft project was completed in four days in September 2024 and carries a 20-year manufacturer warranty.
